Tom was extremely professional and very knowledgeable from the start. He made several recommendations which ensured we got the right product for the floor we absolutely loved and ended up with. He even helped us to pick up the tiles from the store before installation. He was at our place on time the first day of the job and wasted no time on getting the project started and was so helpful with any questions we had.
